Reservation & Cancellation Policy: We strictly follow all Airbnb cancellation policies. Guests are always welcome to extend their stay when availability allows, but reservations cannot be shortened once confirmed. For short-term stays, reservations cannot be shortened within 5 days of check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, reservations cannot be shortened within 30 days of check-in. These policies ensure fairness and consistency for all of our guests. Additional Guest Fee: The base reservation price includes up to 4 guests. Any guests beyond the first 4 will incur an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. All guests must be included on the reservation. If additional guests arrive after check-in, the reservation must be updated through Airbnb and the applicable fees will be charged. Early Check-In / Late Checkout: We may be able to accommodate an early check-in as early as 3:00 PM or a late checkout until 11:00 AM for an additional fee of $100. Requests must be approved and arranged at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Guests who arrive before the approved check-in time or remain on the property past the scheduled checkout time without prior approval will be charged $200 per hour (or any portion thereof). Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures disrupt our cleaning team's schedule and may delay the preparation of the home for incoming guests.
